HVAC and VENTILATION

We use advanced HVAC CFD simulation to optimise ventilation and HVAC systems across diverse settings—from industrial facilities with high pollutant emissions to spaces burdened by thermal loads. We analyse all types of ventilation systems: natural, forced, or hybrid.

Contaminant Dispersion

Using computational models, we identify pollutant sources and simulate existing ventilation systems under various conditions to quantify their efficiency. We provide metrics like contaminant concentration and air-change rate per hour, enabling evaluation and comparison of alternative ventilation strategies.

Thermal Load Dissipation

We define thermal loads within a space and simulate the current HVAC setup to assess its capacity to dissipate heat. Our simulations generate temperature maps, highlighting hot and cold spots to ensure compliance with design specifications.

HVAC Duct Optimisation

We simulate airflow through duct networks, including all components (valves, dampers, etc.), to calculate pressure losses and validate that selected fans can deliver required flow. We also analyse flow distribution across branches to balance performance and minimise loss.
