Flow Simulation and Process Optimization 

We develop detailed internal flow models for tanks and reactors to evaluate velocity distribution, fluid trajectories, and process efficiency.

These analyses allow us to:

  • Detect dead zones and unwanted recirculation regions
  • Evaluate mixing uniformity and reaction efficiency
  • Optimize the geometry of tanks, agitators, and inlet/outlet systems

Mass Transfer, Mixing, and Aeration

We simulate the dispersion of oxygen, reactants, and suspended solids to ensure optimal performance in digesters, mixing tanks, and biological reactors.

  • Optimization of aeration systems and bubble distribution
  • Identification of areas with poor mass transfer
